We’re met with points of friction, of resistance, every single day. When confronted, we either absorb that friction into our routine (think: your commute), or craft solutions that transform friction into function (think: Slack). This Collection explores how we best leverage points of friction to both create new design paradigms and take advantage of emerging technologies through each stage of the consumer journey.
